Looking for a place to call home? We have a variety of single-family residences, apartments, condos, and townhouses across Richmond and the surrounding areas. To apply with Charles A. Rose Co. Inc. you must return a completed rental application for each adult, with a copy of your driver’s license or valid passport and proof of income for the last 30 days. The application fee for each adult is $50. We do not accept applications until you have viewed the home by appointment.
