Rent Payments
We are very firm about rent collections. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 5th. Late fees are assessed if your rent is not received by the close of business on the fifth day of each month. Please mail or deliver all rent checks to our office at 4905 Radford Avenue, Suite 108, Richmond, VA 23230.
